Our process is simple and thoughtful.

Our pricing is designed to keep the planning process simple, transparent, and aligned with your event requirements.

A minimum service fee of €100 applies to our event planning and sourcing services. For larger or more comprehensive projects, our fee is 5% of the total value of the services arranged, as agreed with you at the beginning of the process.

Omnix will remain your main point of contact throughout the planning process. Once you have selected your preferred venue and/or vendors, we will coordinate the contracting and payment process with you. Venue and vendor contracts and invoices will be forwarded to you by Omnix, ensuring that all details and costs are clearly communicated.

Following the finalisation of your venue and/or vendors, Omnix will issue a separate invoice for our agreed service fee—either the €100 minimum fee or 5% of the total services arranged, depending on the scope of your event.
